Total Number of Checks
For maximum comfort and minimal risk of injury you should have checked off most of the boxes.
If you have a category with a lower number of checks, the body part associated with its use is a higher risk of discomfort or injury.
For every box you did not check off, you may have to adjust your workstation or purchase new or additional equipment.
Please note that this assessment does not cover all ergonomic workstation factors. It only focuses on some of the common computer set up issues.
-
If you are experiencing discomfort while working you should have an ergonomic assessment completed by a professional.
