Marnie J. Downey, M.Sc., CCPE, CK
 
Marnie Downey has earned a solid reputation as an expert in the field of Occupational Biomechanics and Ergonomics.

Marnie has over 12 years of ergonomics consulting and design experience. During this time she has solved diverse ergonomic challenges for hundreds of companies in a variety of industries in Canada, the United States and Mexico with her pro-active approach to problem solving.

Her energetic personality provides a motivational training atmosphere for management and employees. She has presented at the American Industrial Hygiene Association in Washington, D.C., the Canadian Association of Ergonomists, the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering, the Ontario Kinesiology Association Annual Conference, the Industrial Accident Prevention Association National Health & Safety Conference, the Ontario Library Association, several Chamber of Commerce events and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.

Marny Mason, B.Sc., CK, RRP , CCPE
 
Marny is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist who has over 15 years of experience in Ergonomics & Occupational Kinesiology. She has earned a solid reputation as an expert in Return to Work Planning and Ergonomic Design, working closely with the public service sector.

Marny is experienced in conducting Ergonomic Assessments & Physical Demands Analyses as well as developing & implementing Ergonomic & Injury Prevention Programs. She assists employers and employees develop practical solutions for accommodation and return to work.

Marny is a recognized and sought after public speaker. She presents topics such as: Providing Suitable Modified Work, Ergonomic Accommodation Strategies, Effective Return to Work Programs, Completing Physical Demands Analysis, and Office and Industrial Ergonomics.

Alexandra J. Stinson, Hons. B.Sc., CK
 
Alexandra is a Kinesiologist who specializes in physical demands assessments, ergonomic program development, ergonomic risk identification, hazard and task analyses and re-design in warehousing, manufacturing, mining and office environments.

Alexandra has over 6 years of experience developing and conducting onsite corporate pre-employment and pre-placement screening programs, designing fitness programs, designing effective job rotations and safe work schedules and developing warm-up, stretching and wellness programs.

Annie Snow, B.A., B.Sc.(KIn.), C.K., P.T.S
 

Annie is an Ergonomic Specialist with ERGO Inc. Annie has over 10 years of experience in the fields of Ergonomics, Personal Training and Rehabilitation. Annie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University , a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Queen's University and is a Certified Kinesiologist and a Certified Personal Trainer.

As a Technical Analyst for the Employee and Workplace Health Services division of Healthcare Benefit Trust, Annie was involved in healthy workplace, musculoskeletal disorder prevention and ergonomic program development, implementation, and follow-up for several Long Term Care facilities. Annie has expertise in conducting ergonomic assessments, physical demands assessments, facilitating ergonomic planning sessions, facilitating education sessions and developing Ergonomic Programs. Annie has also worked extensively with injured and able individuals to improve functional strength and performance related to job demands, activities of daily living and extracurricular activities.

Jennifer McGillis, M.Sc., C.K.
 

Jennifer is a Certified Kinesiologist with a Masters of Science in Kinesiology, specializing in biomechanics. Jennifer has experience performing Physical Demand Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, developing and implementing Ergonomic Training Programs and assisting with the return to work of injured employees. She has assessed and redesigned a variety of workstation set ups, including standard computer workstations, multi-screen computer workstations, as well as libraries, bicycle repair and mailing stations. She has completed hands-on projects in the areas of Methods Time Management, Postural Occurrence Sampling and Occupational Safety Engineering, which included a 4-month Safety Audit of an industrial company.

Jennifer has developed effective teaching techniques as a Professor of Lifestyle Management at Georgian College. As a result, she is a dynamic speaker who specializes in providing informative and interactive Ergonomic Training Sessions.

Richard McFadden, MBA, CHRP, CRSP
 
Richard is an experienced Human Resources Professional with over 12 years consulting experience in the public and private sector including manufacturing, health care, and the service industry.

He has extensive Human Resources, Safety and Labour Relations experience in unionized settings. He is skilled in negotiating cooperative solutions.

Richard has extensive knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act and the Regulations. He successfully assists clients pass the WSIB Workwell Audit, with a 100% success rate.

Larry Mylrea, C.E.T.
 
Larry been extensively involved with health, safety and environmental work for over 22 years. He achieved over 9,000,000 hours with zero lost time injuries, as the Health & Safety Manager at a facility with approximately 700 employees. This has never been achieved before.
