Annie is an Ergonomic Specialist with ERGO Inc. Annie has over 10 years of experience in the fields of Ergonomics, Personal Training and Rehabilitation. Annie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University , a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Queen's University and is a Certified Kinesiologist and a Certified Personal Trainer.
As a Technical Analyst for the Employee and Workplace Health Services division of Healthcare Benefit Trust, Annie was involved in healthy workplace, musculoskeletal disorder prevention and ergonomic program development, implementation, and follow-up for several Long Term Care facilities. Annie has expertise in conducting ergonomic assessments, physical demands assessments, facilitating ergonomic planning sessions, facilitating education sessions and developing Ergonomic Programs. Annie has also worked extensively with injured and able individuals to improve functional strength and performance related to job demands, activities of daily living and extracurricular activities.

Jennifer is a Certified Kinesiologist with a Masters of Science in Kinesiology, specializing in biomechanics. Jennifer has experience performing Physical Demand Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, developing and implementing Ergonomic Training Programs and assisting with the return to work of injured employees. She has assessed and redesigned a variety of workstation set ups, including standard computer workstations, multi-screen computer workstations, as well as libraries, bicycle repair and mailing stations. She has completed hands-on projects in the areas of Methods Time Management, Postural Occurrence Sampling and Occupational Safety Engineering, which included a 4-month Safety Audit of an industrial company.
Jennifer has developed effective teaching techniques as a Professor of Lifestyle Management at Georgian College. As a result, she is a dynamic speaker who specializes in providing informative and interactive Ergonomic Training Sessions.
